Nursery – 5th Grade

Mission

We are followers of Jesus living one day at a time, discipling one child at a time.

Then He said to them all: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me. (Luke 9:23 NIV)

Vision

We hope to partner alongside you as a parent in discipling your children.

As parents, you can breathe easy knowing your kids are safe and secure while having fun, meeting new friends, and discovering more about God’s Word. Our volunteers are all interviewed, and background checked before working with your kids on Sundays or Wednesdays. Throughout our Sunday small groups and children’s church, we implement GROW curriculum. This curriculum helps us give children an in-depth overview of the whole Bible as well as real-life application to carry out what they learn. On Wednesdays, we have our discipleship training class for kids! “Momentum” is about DAILY moving forward in our relationships with Jesus and teaching practical Christian living skills so that kids cannot only learn about the Gospel but also learn to practically apply it to their lives through prayer, personal Bible study or devotional time, or sharing the Gospel. We share the Gospel each Sunday and Wednesday, giving our kids a clear picture of Jesus’s extraordinary love and sacrifice for them as well as their need for Jesus. We use age-appropriate videos, music, crafts, and lessons to engage our kids as they learn about Jesus!

Nursery/Preschool

0-5 years

Nursery & Preschool Care is available for Sunday and Wednesday activities and is located in Building A.

We love our Babies and Toddlers and strive to provide a safe, clean and loving environment for them while learning about Jesus.
 
All workers are background checked and trained to properly care for your child.

“Praise Kidz” Children’s Choir

Wednesdays

Children’s Choir is a great place for children ages 4 – 6th grade to learn to praise the Lord in their everyday lives. Kids will get the opportunity to lead worship at Hillcrest Services and in Children’s Church!

Boardwalk

K – 5th | Sundays
Here at the Boardwalk, we strive to further your child’s spiritual training through grade-specific, relevant Bible Study, music, group discussion, and age-appropriate activities.
All workers are background checked and trained to properly care for your child.
 
Located in Building B
9:30 am – Bible Study / 10:45 am – Kids Church

Momentum

K – 5th | Wednesdays

Momentum is a Hillcrest program that offers practical Christian living skills to children in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. We strive to not only teach the Word of God, but also provide children with tools to carry out what they’ve learned and actively apply it to their lives.

Located in Building B
Momentum is on Wednesdays @ 6:30 pm
