Pastor Chris has been our Lead Pastor since September 2015. We are blessed to have Pastor Chris, Mrs. Darlene and their three sons, Allen, Josh and Blake.
Phillip Crump
Senior Adult Pastor
Pastor Phillip has been on staff at Hillcrest since March 1988. Pastor Phillip is over our Education and Senior Adults ministries. We are thankful for Pastor Phillip, Mrs. Janna and their three children Ben, Paul, and Bree.
Steven Amos
Discipleship Pastor
Pastor Steven joined our staff in 2018 and has transitioned from serving as our Children’s Pastor to Discipleship Pastor in January 2025. With a heart for guiding others in their spiritual growth, Pastor Steven is passionate about fostering strong, Christ-centered discipleship in the church. He and his wife, Olivia, are proud parents to three children: Luke, Callie, and Jackson.
Aaron Farmer
NextGen Pastor
Pastor Aaron came on staff as the Hillcrest Student Pastor in October 2023 and transitioned to NextGen Pastor in January 2025. His passion for the Lord is clearly demonstrated in his care over the college, youth, and children’s ministries. He and his wife, Ellie, are expecting their first child in the summer of 2025.
Kelly Worley
Children’s Director
Kelly joined our staff in Jan. 2025. She is passionate about sharing the
gospel with children in an age-appropriate way so they will come to know Jesus as their
Lord and Savior but to also grow in their relationship with him. Kelly and her husband
Robert have 5 children: Andrew, Dalton, Jake, Lily, and Charlie.
